The reality is that on November 24, 2014, the Saudi Ministry of Trade and Industry launched the service of issuing the commercial register for enterprises electronically within only 180 seconds, without needing any hardcopies, according to the Saudi official news agency “SPA”, long before announced his vision 2030.
In April 2016, MBS appeared in the political arena in Saudi Arabia when he launched Vision 2030, which includes strategic economic and social goals, which he will strive to implement until 2030.
Five years after the announcement of the economic vision, the signs of failure became apparent and clear to all, as all indications show that MBS is following policies that contradict his vision, which reflects that failure stems from the leading mentality.
The most prominent goal of Vision 2030 was reducing unemployment rates among the Saudi youth, however, the rates continue to rise, registering record numbers.
Moreover, Saudi citizens have not seen the fruits of this vision until now, on the contrary, they are witnessing increasing prices of many goods and products after partial removal of subsidies on oil and fuel, in addition to imposing taxes called value-added tax.
